1. Membership
Membership in Vermont Book Club is open to all individuals who share a passion for reading and respectful discourse. By joining, you agree to participate in good faith and contribute positively to our community discussions.
2. Code of Conduct
Members are expected to treat all participants with respect and courtesy. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the club.
3. Virtual Meeting Guidelines
Participants agree to maintain appropriate conduct during virtual meetings, including keeping microphones muted when not speaking, using appropriate backgrounds, and refraining from recording sessions without explicit permission.
4. Privacy Policy
We collect minimal personal information (name and email) solely for communication purposes. Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
5. Intellectual Property
Discussion guides and original content created by Vermont Book Club are for personal use only. Members may not reproduce or distribute club materials without written permission.
6. Modifications
Vermont Book Club reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
